Check-in and Check-out Procedures
- Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
Property Access
- AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months. The main road leading to this home is paved with moderate incline.
Policies and Rules
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- This property is not pet friendly. No pets are allowed.
- No smoking allowed inside the home. No trace of smoking should be left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- Minimum age: 25 years.
- Children allowed.
- No events allowed.
Fees and Payments
- All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
Parking Information
- Parking for a maximum of 6 vehicles. Free parking available on premises.
Utilities and Amenities Access
- Towels and linens are provided.
- Kitchens are stocked with cooking basics and utensils. A starter set of paper products is provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These items are sufficient for one or two nights.
- High-speed internet, washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, ice-maker, hot tub, and climate control are available.
Safety and Emergency Information
- Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are present in the home.
- Please note the homeowners use an exterior camera facing the street. No other cameras are pointed at the home or at any of the common areas.

- All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
